Alpen Dark Choc Chip Muesli Ice Cream

Give your family a treat with a fun play on our Alpen Dark Choc Swiss Style muesli. A super quick no churn ice cream with decadent shards of dark chocolate and a crunchy muesli topping.

**Ingredients **

400ml of Condensed Milk
3 teaspoons of vanilla essence
2 cups of cream
Salt
1 cup of Alpen Dark Choc Swiss Style Muesli

Method

  1. Combine the condensed milk, vanilla and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl beat the cream until it is thick and holds together well.
  3. Fold your cream mixture into the condensed milk and combine carefully.
  4. Pour the mixture into a square loaf pan and place it in the freezer
  5. After an hour add half a cup of your Alpen Dark Choc into the mixture and swirl together
  6. Place the ice cream back in the freezer for a few more hours,
  7. The ice cream can be served either in a bowl or with a cone. We enjoy adding a spoonful of Alpen Muesli over the top for a little extra crunch.
