No Added Sugar Chia Stack

Looking for a sweet treat without the added sugar, try our latest Alpen Muesli Chia Stack for a healthy, tasty and quick treat.

Ingredients
1 Cup Alpen No Added Sugar Muesli
1 teasoon of Vanilla Essence
4 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
4 Diced Strawberries
A Handfull of Blueberries
1 Cup of Plain Yoghurt

Method

  1. Mix your yoghurt, chia seeds and vanilla essence in a mixing bowl
  2. In a serving glass, create a stack by spooning layers of Muesli followed by your chia yoghurt mixture. Between each layer drop in a few berries.
  3. Finish with a layer of muesli for a little extra crunch.
  4. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to set up.
  5. Enjoy!
