#overnightnutrific Banoffee Pie Recipe

You've made it through the first 3 months of the year - you deserve a treat from Nutrific! Give this delicious #overnightnutrific Banoffee Pie recipe a try and let us know what you think?

Ingredients:
2 Nutrific Wholewheat biscuits
100ml of Milk
170g of plain double thick yoghurt
2 ripe bananas
10g of Ginger Biscuits
1 tablespoon of sugar

Method

  1. Crumble your Nutrific Wholewheat biscuits and add half of the mixutre to the bottom of a serving glass.
  2. Pour your milk over the Nutrific biscuits and mix until hydrated
  3. Slice your bananas into thin disks and add a third as a layer on top of your Nutrific base
  4. Spoon over half of your yoghurt
  5. Add the remaining Nutrific Biscuit crumb and cover with banana disks
  6. Sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar over your banana disks
  7. Cover with the remaining yoghurt and crumble your ginger biscuits over the top
  8. Drop the last of your banana disks as a decoration over the top of your dessert
  9. Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy!

Each glass is a single serving of goodness.
