Nutrific Fruit & Fibre Ginger Biscuits

Get baking with Nutrific Fruit and Fibre. The delicious Fruit & Fibre packed ginger biscuits are quick, easy and nutritious.

Ingredients
160g self-raising flour
60g Nutrific Fruit & Fibre
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
4 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
60g caster sugar
100g butter
4 tbsp Honey
Large Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C
  2. Sieve the dry ingredients (excluding the Fruit & Fibre) into a large mixing bowl
  3. In a seperate bowl add your butter and honey and microwave until melted.
  4. Make a well in your dry ingredients and pour in your butter and honey mixture
  5. Mix in your Nutrific Fruit & Fibre
  6. Stir until combined and a soft dough forms
  7. Use an ice cream scoop to make individual biscuits balls and place on a greased baking tray
  8. Bake for 12 minutes and leave to cool before removing from the baking tray
  9. Enjoy fresh or as a treat throughout the day!
