Stuffed Papaya

For an indulgent yet healthy alternative to turn your everyday breakfast into a treat, try mixing Alpen No Added Sugar Swiss Style Muesli with fresh papaya.

 

Ingredients:    
Half      Papaya
50g       Alpen No Added Sugar Swiss Style Muesli
125ml   Double cream Greek yoghurt
1x         Chopped Kiwi fruit
15ml     Raw honey

 

Method:

  1. Slice a papaya in half and hollow it out
  2. Fill the papaya with creamy Greek yoghurt, top with Alpen No Added Sugar Swiss Style Muesli, toss in a few dried cranberries and drizzle with honey!
