Super easy, super tasty and packed with nutrients to fuel your day! This smoothie recipe is a real winner for rushed mornings. 

 

Ingredients:

1 Nutrific biscuit

1 cup of berries (blueberries or strawberries work best).

1 cup of Milk of your choice (Almond or Coconut is great!)

½ Tsp of Honey

½ Cup of cashew nuts

1 tbsp of Chia seeds (optional)

 

Method:

Step 1:

Using either a jug blender or a stick blender, combine all of the ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. Pro tip: If your blender can process ice, a block or two will do wonders!

Step 2:

Sit back and enjoy!
